ENGAGE is a pre-conference professional development conference held June 17-19, 2023 that assists teachers and SkillsUSA advisors in elevating their teaching skills to new levels. Experiential sessions connect educators with classroom and chapter knowledge to begin planning for their upcoming school year.

NLSC Advisor Summit is an immersive Professional Development experience for SkillsUSA Advisors who want to focus on their growth as CTE teachers and SkillsUSA leaders. Learning events include Academy of Excellence and SkillsUSA University as well as a special kick off function, guided floor tours, educational resources and raffle contests as well as a continuum plan for learning after the conference is over.
